These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website and the purchase of products

- We reserve the right to correct pricing
errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
- Availability of products is not guaranteed
and may be limited.
3. Orders & Payments
- An order is considered accepted only after
payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued.
- We accept payment methods as displayed on
our website.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel
any order for reasons including fraud suspicion, product unavailability, or payment
issues.
- For business customers, additional
documentation or verification may be required.
4. Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may
vary due to location, logistics partners, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery,
in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772).
- Returns are accepted only in accordance
with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer
protection laws of Ghana.
- Returned products will only be accepted
after inspection and confirmation by us that the product is in the same condition as it
was delivered, including being unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all
accessories.
- If the returned product does not meet these
conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return and refund.
- Once a return is approved after inspection,
refunds (where applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time using the original
payment method, as required under Ghanaian consumer protection principles.
5. Warranties & Product Use
- Some products may be covered by
manufacturer warranties; details will be provided where applicable.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by
misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling of products.
- Electronics should be used in accordance
with manufacturer instructions and local electrical standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian
law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the
amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property

- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Electronic
Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) and applicable consumer protection laws.
- We are committed to fair dealing with
consumers as required under Ghanaian law.
- Any disputes that cannot be resolved
amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
